Heatless Adsorption Air Dryer

Heatless desiccant air dryers remove moisture from compressed air using a desiccant material like activated alumina or silica gel. As compressed air flows through a tower containing the desiccant, moisture is adsorbed. To regenerate the desiccant for continuous use, a portion of the dried compressed air is expanded and used to purge the accumulated moisture
