Two-Stage Air Compressor

The first and second stage compression units are seamlessly integrated into a single air end, which is driven directly by helical gear to achieve the optimal linear speed for each stage. Following the initial stage of compression, a consistent pressure compression process is facilitated by intensified oil cooling, which lowers the suction temperature for the second stage compression. The rational distribution of the compression ratio, combined with an optimized bearing design, allows for a reduction in the compression ratio during the second stage.
